I paint to honor my mother, who helped blossom my artistic passions, in life and death.
Currently, I’m working on decorative portraits and imaginative figures at my studio in Shakopee, Minnesota.
I received my Bachelor’s of Arts in Art History, with distinction, and Studio Art from St. Olaf College in 2020. After graduating (magnum cum laude), I enrolled into The Atelier: Studio Program of Fine Arts’ full-time program, desiring to hone my painting skills further. Cyd Wicker, Laura Tundel, Chris Mitzuk, and many other wonderful instructors trained me in the method of impressionism. After studying there for 5 years, I joined the part-time teaching staff at The Atelier.
Feel free to visit me at The Atelier, whether you’d like to take a class or just to chat.
